All deals are time sensitive & we understand you might need immediate attention.

Address or Order Modification
We are unable to make any modifications to your order on our end, please contact Jane directly and cancel the order.  You can re-order with any necessary changes. Yes, this includes an address change.
* Jane will only allow a cancellation if the deal is still running!  Please contact them immediately!!
* Jane does not allow modifications to an order after a deal has ended. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Order Cancellation
Please contact Jane directly to cancel an order.  We start design work immediately & Jane can only cancel the order if the deal is still running.

Expedited Shipping
Unfortunately, Jane does not offer or authorize expedited shipping.  We don’t have the ability to collect additional fees since the order was placed & paid for through them.

Ship Date
Jane provides your ship date in your account on each deal purchased.  You can also find the tracking number available when the item has shipped.

Missing Order
Our goal is to make sure that your package is left in a safe & secure area. Depending on the size and location, we may choose to leave the package at a side door, front or back porch, around your garage etc. If the tracking is showing delivered on the carrier’s site but you are unable to locate your package, please contact the carrier immediately.  Speaking to the delivery man directly will help you find out where he left it.  Jane may also be of assistance by offering a credit so you can re-purchase the item when the deal runs again.

Returns
All of our products are handmade after your order is placed.  Everything we sell is exclusively made-to-order which is why we take a bit longer to ship our items.  We are unable to accept a return on your item because it was made just for you.

Defective & Damaged Items 
We will gladly replace any item that does not arrive in perfect condition.  Please send us a photo of the item in question and we will issue a replacement asap to: BoutiqueMonogram@gmail.com
