- All of our items are non-returnable. Boutique Monogram products are designed & printed by hand upon order. We don't sell used or returned products & we are unable to accept a return or exchange for this reason.
- We guarantee you will receive a product free from any defect or we will replace it! Please contact us directly for assistance with a damaged or defective item.

- Please contact us with any issue. We will gladly replace the item if it does not arrive 100% perfect!
- Yes, we do make mistakes (rarely though) and we would love the opportunity to fix any error. We just ask you let us know about it :)
